Δεν εντοπίζω άμεσα όπως σε άλλες τράπεζες τις χρεώσεις

It’s been a while that I’m using the app and every time I enable to log in with biometrics and while it’s enabled I have to put my passcode to log in the app. It’s annoying because I have the feature and can’t use it while it’s enabled.

Keeps lagging and I can’t sign in most of the time. Is it even safe to use ? Please fix.

The app remains old, (very old to be exact). There is no fingerprint or Face ID in order to sign in. It constantly needs to be uninstalled, then re-installed , and then several times the 8-digit pin to be re-activated. Many times it produces an error, whereas one cannot log into it, therefore becoming useless! Apparently, NO ONE at Hellenic Bank cares, because there are no improvements whatsoever for the last few years (to say the least). I once got accidentally locked out of my internet banking using wrong pin, on a Saturday and had to wait till Monday for the bank to open and get customer support (the only support they provide during weekends is if you lose your card - to block it). Shame! We live in 2020 ladies and gents! Do something about it!!

Cannot even log in when i’m connected to a wi-fi network. I have to switch off the wi-fi , connect to the 3G and only then it does log in!! No fingerprint log in, no face id log in...

The app doesn’t open on my iPhone for no reason. It always pops a message saying to connect to WiFi. Pls fix it

i cannot login sometimes. and it also delays to update current balance..

Μετά την τελευταία έκδοση δεν μπορώ να μπω πλέον στην εφαρμογή διότι δεν αναγνωρίζει ότι είμαι στο Ίντερνετ και ούτε στο δίκτυο 4G.Ειναι απαράδεκτο να συμβαίνει αυτό σε εφαρμογή τραπέζης.Βρισκομαι εκτός χώρας και δεν έχω πρόσβαση στο λογαριασμό και στην κάρτα μου.Βοηθεια από την τράπεζα καμία ώστε να επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα.Κανετε κάτι με αυτό αλλιώς ειδοποιείστε μας ότι δεν έχετε e-banking να αλλάξουμε τράπεζα.Και ένα αστέρι πολύ σας είναι.

Τα μηνύματα τελευταία ήταν ότι να ‘ναι, πχ, με ενημερώνει ότι μπήκε ο μισθός μου, ποσόν ΧΧΧΧ. Μια ώρα μετά έρχεται νέο μήνυμα που με ενημερώνει ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είναι… 0!!! Το τελευταίο «χτύπημα» των προγραμματιστών είναι η κατάργηση του landscape στο iPad, μόνο portrait! Τσεκάρεις να θυμάται το username, και κάθε φορά το ζητάει ξανά. Θέτεις σαν γλώσσα τα Ελληνικά και πάντα η πρώτη σελίδα είναι στα αγγλικά …Ελληνική Τράπεζα σου λέει… Ούτε τις κινήσεις μου μπορώ να δω πια!!! Μια εφαρμογή που δούλευε αξιοπρεπώς, έχει αυτοακυρωθεί!!! Και εις ανώτερα!

App works fine so long. Last 4 months can’t connect in WiFi. I receive message you must connect to WiFi or cellular network. I am on WiFi but it seems there is a big issue with it. When I switched off wifi works great. Also, the notifications stop working. I reinstall the app many times but still remain. All setting triple checked. If ever fix it please add a face is too.
