Not a good app also the bank should not be charging €5 a month and no interest on savings not a good bank for customers

Where the hell do I go to log out ? You really do need to improve security and make logging out simpler. I am a reasonably educated business man but fail to locate your log out facility !

Can’t. Find how to transfer or pay to other person

This app used to work, since latest update it requires me to update. I click download to update however it just loops round. Can’t update on iPhone 6. Have tried removing app and re-installing but exactly the same issue

After performing routine app update (25th Nov 22) the app no longer works Tried deleting app and reinstalling…email to Hellenic bank asking them to resolve the issue.

From bad to worse. Not only it does not allow use in two devices eg mob and pad but have constant changes. I dislike the app so I use the old system . To day HB cut access to the old system from iPad devices. No notice no warning. Only option left the mob app. I go through the procedure to access it on the iPad , I try to pay my card and the response is I do not have a designated account to pay from ! I’ve had an account for the last 25 years! Now a system decides I don’t ... sorry HB THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

As per title. Keep away and move to Bank of Cyprus.

The Hellenic app is so good. I was able to add my card to Apple Pay even before I received the card. I can freeze the card and have the ability to have more control over my account then with other banking apps. It costs 1.50 for even a basic account. But that is nothing and worth it. Glad I moved from the alpha bank to Hellenic:) Next I will upgrade my card to the 38 euro one. It makes sense why they don’t really take care of the online banking website. It seems full attention is on the app.
