HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery

I’m really disappointed with HelloFresh because everything is only available in French, with no option to change languages. Living in Luxembourg, where multilingual support is expected, it’s frustrating not to have the flexibility to choose a language I’m more comfortable with. I decided to cancel my subscription today because of this issue. I hope they consider adding more language options to better meet the needs of their diverse customers.

What is the big problem to let me choose a language I understand??? Just cause I’m in Sweden, doesn’t mean I SPEAK SWEDISH ffs

If you have the app in many countries (including English speaking ones) why you do not give the option to choose language? I live in Germany and I need to set German market to get relevant services however all is in German then without possibility to adjust the language. Very limiting to be honest as expats community in DE is quite big!

The app doesn’t respect my phone’s language, and switches to Swedish after picking my location.

Terrible app. As a new client with starting voucher it keeps trying to force me to pay the full amount of money. And of course you cannot easily delete an account.

This app is terrible

I decided to give Hello Fresh another try after several years. According to the app, my box was delivered at noon, but nothing ever showed up. I’ve canceled Hello Fresh for good this time.

While HelloFresh is convenient for your routine living circumstances, it is not worth losing money when going away on vacation or for business since you will be charged for the max. amount of boxes in your plan still. In other words, it is not flexible when you need to lower your meals for a one-off scenario. Mistakenly thinking I planned ahead and took care of only ordering four meals for the week we were traveling, I was still charged for ten. Some may not care for this occasional over charge fee, but I am trying to save money, not waste it. Customer Service was also zero help when I attempted to get a refund for this over charge. Instead the customer service representative, David, cancelled my account when I didn’t request that action be taken.

Healthy choices, kids love it. So easy to do! Best delivery meal system, hands down
