Many features don’t work, support is lazy and fake. Don’t use the product of helpscout.

For me, the app is useless without workflows.

Can you please add a dark mode to the app?

The app works well, but I find it very annoying that I am unable to see what e-mail is connected to the name of the customer.

Love HS, but a unified inbox (iOS and browser as well) would make it awesome. And how about displaying open/unread message count in the menu of the iOS app?

Frustrating because adding apps is a paid feature of Help Scout and we can’t use them on mobile!

The notes crash if you use and emoji and I couldn’t send any tech notes through the app cause it won’t let you send feedback.

Helpscout has been a crucial part of our company's growth. The Internal notes on emails alone has aided our team on professionalism and communication. The internal notes allows us to utilize one email address, and respond to customers with in 24 hrs and keep communication clear for our clients. They have all the basics and then a ton of additional capabilities- the saved replies is another favorite, as a busy flower shop with a large online shop I can't tell you the amount of emails we receive and having that option saves so much time for the team. The app is modern and user friendly. The support is also incredible.
