Every time I go into a room with to many people the whole thing crashes
Fun game but
I like this game a lot as you can buy coins dress up play games make friends and more but, i have been logged out of my account and i have forgotten my password and i do not have a linked email to the account.

I believe the age for this game should be 18+ as the minors are annoying and we are getting banned because of them

they steal your money then ban your account for no reason. don’t spend your money on this app Fyi highrise, i’ve already tried reaching out to support and i was ignored and told they will not reply to me anymore. If i can be refunded on my purchases i’d be more then happy to leave this but if not i’ll put in a formal complaint. About $400aud spent on here and i got banned for no reason.

I’ve been playing highrise for almost 10 years now, we really need an option to turn off message requests or turn off messages when we want to, really getting annoy when people are too lazy to read someone’s bio and expect people to message them back when they want a message back.
False accusations
I loved this game until my account got deleted for “fraudulent activity”. There was nothing fraudulent about my account. Every purchase i made was with my own card with my name and details on it so i’m unsure why this accusation has been put on me. You can not go accusing someone of fraud when they have spent their own money on your game. I have spent a lot of money on a game i can’t even access anymore. Their “customer support “ is ridiculous aswell they don’t help you and you’re lucky if you get a reply from them!

I was just playing this game with my friend when this guy texted me and asked me for pics u know, and when I said no he reported me for being sexual and now I’m banned and it’s not even my fault hate it😡
