Worst app support toxic / fanbase players only , money eater , banned players for lifetime. They Think they are like riot games😏Lol Hate this app and also suggesting not to waste your damn money or time on it . After few days it so boring to play and it also effects your mental health for its toxic environment and players.
Lovely game
I had a verbal fight with another person and both was using abusive language but the difference is that he reported me and i didn’t by which highrise banned me, they should have also banned him and i tried contacting their customer support so many times to remove me from ban or put that person also in ban because it was going on from both sides but all they say is we have banned you for abusive content we can’t help you and all then, what’s the point of having a customer support team when they don’t wanna make it right. I didn’t wanted to give 1 star here, just remember guys anyone can get you ban and customer support is not going to make it right also, so no need to download this app

When I first played Highrise it was really fun.there was skypass, black market and all, now the even removed tipping jar and some important items and the event is also getting really bored.
