Developer’s administrative staff are really poor in handling cases, especially when it’s account related. They leave you hanging, make you send plenty of emails, tell you the ban is permanent. When you ask for the reason and for them to verify said ban, they will send you a what rule you have “breached” but no evidence. Players please beware ur you intend to spend money here, as they like to remove your gold, your items, OR your account if they feel like it or do not want to handle the issues caused by their autoban system. And to just see into the future, IF this get responded Highrise will just say that they have thoroughly investigated every case before they ban (though, they can’t seem to back anything up.)

When I try to take the room it said it had been taken if it have been taken why you ask me to choose a room for me like what is the point if every thing is taken just give a random room for me and I can start playing the game like this is not fair for all the people trying to play Highrise again

the game doesnt care about the players it only cares about the money they dont even have a proper security system i got hacked but when the hacker changed the password i used my email but it said NO email on the account they dont even care to fix it

I have been banned for some reason. They say my account is suspended ?!!! I paid money To buy gold. I even downloaded the app on my aunty’s phone and they Suspended my auntie ‘s account. This is a fake and fraud! They want to cheat and want to con! APPLE APP STORE, do something about this

Hi I don’t know why but when ur a bigginer it’s really hard to do stuff like edit ur room I need money for that and it’s really hard to play why can’t u make everything a little bit cheaper and not make it cost money because no one is going to by all this stuff because it’s really pricey pls make the price lower and pls I swear let us trade this is making me really angry not only because of the account bound items but ITS JUST THAT IF U DON’T HAVE GOLD IN THE GAME U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE AND U HAVE TO PAY FOR GOLD pls it’s not like the account bound items are any different to the overpriced ones. After A Event Called Black Market Ended (Event Was About Selling And Buying) The Items That I had that Didn’t Sell Was Gone I Am Not Sure If They Ever Will Fix This

u get kick out of room for a petty reason like accidently touch the window curtain close & open & they get mad at you on their mic.isn’t my fault that it’s so hard to keep tapping character to move especially door. you have to find a chair & tap it so the character can walk in or else keep tapping only make you move in & out of the door🙄

Wow! The new update is Finally here and it’s amazing. I get to spin the daily wheel And someone Gave me Gold, It was a Miracle!?! First the game was so boring that i just left the game. But in an blink of an eye it’s fun and i get to meet new friends In the Welcome Plaza and get to know more about diffrent cultures!! So exiciting

Hey developers, i hate this game as the elites bully non elites so y’all should fix this, chop chop >;T This game deserves to be taken down and is very glichy >:v So yall should maybe improve this now.
