TOO MANY ADVERTS
App forces me to watch two adverts at the moment every time I open it. With a count down timer on them so I cannot close them. Please STOP forcing me to watch adverts I do not want to see, it is seriously detrimental to app usage.

啲廣告好煩
我明白要靠廣告賺錢，但係隔幾秒就彈個廣告出黎，強逼人睇起碼5秒。本來有好多嘢想買，但而家煩到唔想買。
付款要等候超級耐
這兩次購物付款時竟然要等超過十分鐘才load到一版，完成整個付款過程足足用了三十分鐘！

Stuck at the trolley page and still loading til now Picture preview and go into every page are extremely slow

全部操作都很慢，要load好耐好耐先搵到啲貨品，終於選購好產品，到付款嗰part，load極都load唔到，直程比唔到錢，連錢都比唔到，請教我如購買😀

一味轉，轉轉轉，然後「發生不明錯誤」
不能打開QR Code
已經有好幾個月不能打開取貨QR code，HKTV職員不相信不能打開QR code，我將手機交給他們操作，他們也不能打開QR code，他們檢查後發現App版本已經是最新的，所以也不明所以，我請他們通知公司這個問題，他們卻叫我去投訴！好了現在我投訴！😡
