No support, not working
If you have extra money and want to throw it away it’s a good choice. I had monthly subscribtion, but no support on app which is not working, crashes, does bot load videos, even the refund is not working.

HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms.
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and other exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
FitCoach integrates with the Health app to import Steps data from HealthKit to FitCoach.
FitCoach also integrates with the Fitbit app to import data from Fitbit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

Sucking your money
The “onboarding” dialogue looks awesome, but then they start to trick you, offering useless “extra courses”. The checkout page promises “30-day refund”, but actually their “Refund policy” limits your chances to get money back in just two cases: you have to provide proof that the app is not working on your phone (including “screenshots of the app crashing”) OR proof that you spend 14 days training without evident progress (including recorded video of your 14 trainings and photos “before” and “after”). Be careful!
99 eur!!!
Why I was charged 99 eur??? Forever subscription??? I just ordered 1 month!

i had subscription since may 7, and now app doesn't work correctly, dont know what just happened, i purcased my subscription for 1 year, but cant use the app, it said to choose body tipe and other stuff, after it said to buy it again... maybe there is a way to login or something else, i'd like to know

Hello, i wanted to see this prorgam, but to download it i have to accept to 7 days trial and then pay every month. I downloaded this app to see and i didnt liked it so i deleted (i tought that if I delete app from my iphone it will be deleted/ canceled subscription too). But after one week i saw that you took my money from my bank account even i dont have and dont use this program! how can it be?? I would like refund, because i dindt used this program after free trial time and i deleted it.. You should whrite all info about canceling a subscription near app or somewhere, not hide! Please contact My and return My money back.
Broke what used to be a great app
When I first started using this app, I was able to customize my workouts by choosing exactly which days for each type of workout (I.e. cardio, strength, stretching), how many times a week and add or remove extra workouts. Now I am limited to only twice a week for each exercise, including low intensity like yoga and stretching. AND I can no longer choose which days I get to do them. WHY would you break a great app for no apparent reason?! It no longer meets my needs at this point and I have cancelled the subscription.
Horrid business practice would be 0 if I could
App is charging me via Apple Pay even though Apple Pay has no record of a subscription for this. Because of this, there doesn’t appear to be a way to cancel the payments. It’s an illegal enigma wrapped in a corrupt conundrum. Shadowy business practices ought to be shut down.
