Paid for a VIP service. The service is really fast. Virtually within a couple of senconds.

They scammed me by purchasing a lower class ticket, and the ticket class didn’t include luggage. The customer support rep even confirmed the ticket class on email via writing but they were adamant to book a wrong class of ticket.

cannot remove marketing from the notifs, and yet when a trip i was watching shifted from “wait” (“can buy now, but can also wait until May 26”) to “buy”, i did not get a notif for it and ended up with more expensive prices as a result. the prompt on the homepage (“wait”) was also not the same as the details displayed in the trip details itself (“this is the lowest prices are likely to go, buy now”) which was confusing. the app also doesn’t offer prices as low as some other flight and hotel booking sites out there.

Quite shocked that the App has access to most info of my phone including financial info. Have to uninstall it although I love it.

Hopper’s representative not only provide a reply through their live chat, but showing a customer obsession attitude. Appreciate!

This is a useless app. I was watching a flight at £500, with hopper indicating it would fluctuate and drop as low as £400, and that I should therefore wait. The next day the price had increased to £680, with hopper suggesting this is likely the “best price” and that I could book now. Avoid this app, it doesn’t help.

If you travel a lot, this is a must have!! Best price prediction app on market, period.

As soon as I click to reserve the room it says “oops the deal you saw earlier is gone but you have these other great options” that don’t fit what I want at all! Such a scam
