I had a free cancellation option for my booking. I’ve cancelled it but didn’t get money back! I even can’t find my cancelled booking in my account. It’s just disappeared with my money.

Wanted to use the price prediction feature for a flight as advertised on Hopper’s website. Downloaded an app just for that reason. It only offered me to buy the ticket at today’s high price…

Don't bother to install this. They are misleading on every step. Get Priceline for your travel needs instead. They advertise $15 daily car rental rate in their ads, but the lowest availible offer is $83. OK, your marketers just wanted more installs, right? And CTR of the misleading banner was so great! Here is your 1* reward. Then they show $65 minimum hotel price inside the app, but no sorting by price is available. And anyway, there lowest offer was $200. Scam. Deleted after 5 minutes.

Extremely laggy scrolling of the lists, “Ohh server error”, makes the device as hot as the sun. Barely usable at all, and the content itself (the flights, hotels) is actually the same what you can find everywhere else, or even more expensive

Tried to book a ticket twice, both failed but the money was taken from two of my accounts losing days to get the money back while the prices kept going up. The security team was very polite. But even though it was their fault I was asked to send copies of my IDs and credit cards. Not using this App again.

Terrible inaccurate price predictions. Checked several times the ticket price. The app recommended me to wait for a better price in the next few days and not buying tickets now. Later, when the prices went up, it said that prices won’t likely drop!!! Very disappointing

Nice experience until you are buying tickets through Hoper. There are no options according to seats and baggage so you need to update your booking later. But it doesn’t work in my case. I’m pressing ”manage booking” in Hoper and getting error on Easyjet page. I can't change it myself coz i don't have credentials on EasyJet website. I didn't find any ”contact with support” buttons so I'm writing here. I’m completely confused.
