Very enjoyable 4 weeks. Nice quiet Building. Carpenter Bees on outdoor deck when sunny. Learned to live with them they don’t sting. All staff at Island getaway always very helpful including Jen, Archer, Christine, Tina and all the staff were pros with great attitudes. Have already booked for April 2025 at Main Sail through Island Getaway! Thank You Larry Carriere

Unit was adequate for our needs. Great location. The service received from Captain Cook’s staff (Wendy & James) was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Used it successfully for our last trip in 2021 and cannot get the booking date to populate. Chase n Rainbows will not respond to any communications other than taking money and signing contracts. Would love the peace of mind that an operating App would bring.

We recently rented a house with EMR vacation rentals. The house was amazing, the views were outstanding. EMR was excellent to deal with, very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely book with them again.

An excellent location in a very well maintained building. Easy access to the many walking paths along James Bay. A short walk to the downtown areas and the the harbour area in front of the Legislature Building. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. EMR Vacation Rentals were extremely easy to work with. We would highly recommend them. The only negative issue that we had during our stay was how to use the remote thermostat and fireplace igniter. An instruction sheet in the condo manual would have been appreciated.

The staff at Book that Condo were excellent They took the time to help whenever it was required They answered the call with fast service The condo at Summer House was what we wanted and proved to be very friendly Panama City Beach is just right for a winter getaway thanks to you all at BTC David and Diane

We are enjoying our stay at Kameole Sands Condo.Unit 5-304. It was easy to check in with the 24 hour service at the office, and accessibility into the unit was easy with the lockbox and passcode system. Our condo is exactly what we expected. Very clean, nicely appointed, and we had a few treat waiting for us upon arrival. I would book this unit again! No complaints and the weather is great!!

Location of this condo was great. It was adequate for our stay but definitely requires a cosmetic update such as a fresh coat of paint ,new bedding and lighter window coverings as it was dark. Loved the balcony as it was large and did have an ocean view from the side. The main complaint at Maderia Norte is the use of keys for the elevator/stairs, the pool(to get in and out) the gate to the beach and of course the unit. There are three different keys in a set and quite a nuisance to always carry a set with you. Its time to UPDATE to KEYPADS. Overall a good stay and would stay again if some updates were done!!
