Aunque hay detalles que solo se pueden ver y administrar desde la página web, esta app me ha servido mucho para gestionar reservas y tareas del equipo. Funciona a la perfección.

Seria genial tener notificaciones en el celular sin tener que estar entrando a la aplicación.

I tried hostaway to manage 6 different properties, it was a disaster. Their support service is terrible. The app is terrible. Overall I ended up losing money instead of making it. Don’t fall for their scam like I did.

I recently tried to cancel my subscription with Hostaway and I have to say, it was a frustrating and tedious process. The option to cancel was not readily available on their website, and the customer service experience was not much better. I had to wait on hold for a long time just to speak to someone and then was transferred multiple times before finally reaching a "cancellation specialist." The process to cancel required me to fill out a form and email it back to the company, but after doing so, I did not receive any response for over a week. When I finally called back, I was informed that my email had not been received and I had to go through the process again. Overall, the experience of trying to cancel my Hostaway subscription was incredibly annoying and time-consuming. I would not recommend this software to anyone who values their time and convenience. The lack of transparency and ease of use in their cancellation process is unacceptable.

This PMS has great features and great customer support. Agents able for a call 24/7, rapid response. Great features such as tasks and inbox and made integration with channels super easy. The best one by far. 100% recommended

If you read the 5-star reviews. All are saying that an onboarding specialist named XYZ is awesome... All reviews are requested during live calls with their agents. Hostaway is scam.

Hostaway added in direct booking fees in a very deceptive manner. I don’t trust them and would not recommend using them.

I have been a Hostaway customer for many years. Overall the platform has many bugs and support is poor. Recently Hostaway started charging my guests a fee that I did not agree to and that is not listed on their website. On various Facebook users groups there are about 400k users caught off guard by this action and discussing a class action law suit. I do not recommend Hostaway and will be leaving the platform. I have found a better solution. Please contact me if you need further info.

Twice now they have added fees that have made this unaffordable and they way they did it felt sneaky and underhanded. Not a company to be trusted. Save yourself a lot of effort and find a more trustworthy company. Not a partner.
