Good but annoying

Good app with loads of info and functionality but the login process is tedious and the it logs you out every single time you leave the app!

App logs out immediately whenever I switch apps.

The instant log out is so annoying! 1. I switch apps to check figures in a spreadsheet and 1 second later I have to log back in! So annoying. 2. It would also be helpful if I could be simultaneously logged in on iPad whilst on TWS. The IBKR desktop often quits at random times and I miss trades having to go through a long log in process. 3. The log in credentials should be allowed to save in keychain. I do not want to retype them every single time.

This is so much better than my last brokerage account. Service is great everything works on time, it’s efficient 5/5.

The worst app in IOS ecosystem

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had using an app in Apple ecosystem. It’s a combination of terribly designed web pages loading inside an IOS app. The colors are all over the place, the texts are so tiny can’t be read, it keeps failing and it’s full of bugs.

Robust and user friendly

IBKR mobile platform is user friendly. I have been using it over 3 years now and never got an issue with any types of transactions.

The absolute worst platform.

I wish I read the reviews before making an account and installing this. By far THE WORST broker/platform I’ve ever used. As soon as I can withdraw funds I’m taking my money back out and sticking to something better like Webull. Avoid this platform at all costs.

Horrible stuff

Hands down the worst trading app out there. Convoluted, complex yet missing basic functions like OCO orders. IBKR does offer heaps of products with low fees but the app is a disaster. If you plan to make money trading this app won’t help.

Worst brokerage scammer

What is the difference between purchasing power and cash? I haven't started financing. Can you please not occupy my property? Waste of time and everything I have. Cash is cash Don't invent nouns to deceive people.

worst UI/UX

They redesigned their app recently and make it much worse. It feels like it’s designed by multiple inexperienced people who don’t talk to each other. Stay away from the IBKR mobile app if you can.
