When I first got this app it was really good, I could connect any time without a problem. Now lately it won’t connect and is very frustrating. I would find another app. I used this app to show my owl box cameras to the kids. It doesn’t work half the time

why does this dev prevent me from viewing my sd card alarms when i do a local login and not a network login? i paid for this damned PRO app, yet you wont let me view the alarm pics and video on the sd card when i local login? you are forcing me to login just to view the info on the sd card I OWN? you are starting to look like a shady company in the things you are doing. from trying to force people into monthly scripts on you “free” app in order to view video of alarms to preventing alarm viewing on local login. i wish apple and google had a way of reporting devs for shady things they do like what you are doing. once i can find an app to replace this garbage i am.

These cameras are a scam to steal your information. I can no longer log into my cameras as of about 2 weeks ago and there is no Available contact; the online chat is automated to get you to a place to fill out credit card information and pay $1 for service help to answer questions.

The bad. You have to do a lot of tapping and waiting to see your cameras, live view should come up when you open the app. App is slow. Glitch, our cameras are not recording 24 hours a day even though we are on ‘All Day Alarm’. The most expensive cloud service I have ever seen. The good. Thank you for re-adding the button to remove Google ads. Users: open app, click Me at the bottom, click Settings, turn off Google ads. You have to do it everytime you update the app which is dumb. Bad:

I keep getting unknown user and password message when logging into account despite requesting password change. It’s so ridiculous and inconvenient so I just uninstalled it and use different app.

Terrible software. Keeps signing out + ads.

Ads have no place in security apps! I’d be happy to pay a few bucks if the ads could be removed from the pro version. Please make that happen!’
