Not able to reorder actions
It's just truly bizarre that I can't reorder actions in applets. This seems like such an obvious and important thing but yet I still can't do it.

Unfair changes to their services
After switching to a subscription-based model, my smart home became useless. I will never recommend their services when they are able to hook you in and then switch the basis of their model.

What a piece of crap on ios
Cant automate based on notications. You can do lotsa things but cant create logical operators.
Work in progress
Can’t open because ”something went wrong”. Tried different options to sign in but doesn’t work.
Looking for alternatives
This app used to be free and I loved it so much, but now they enrolled a 10$ a month subscription service which made all the previously free features go behind the subscription. Sadly this is not anymore worth the money..

They decided to turn this into subscription based model, so i’m parting ways with it.
The applications...
the application could be developed to be more user friendly i.e. it would be available in languages other than English and Spanish. New languages could be German, Swedish, Finnish, Arabic, Greek, Japanese, Hebrew and Russian.
Good idea but lacking implementation
Parts of the software are good, implementation is kind of only partially done. It is e.g. impossible to create an applet which triggers if you connect to a wifi. Practically location is only trigger you can use. Also trying to get any support is PITA. A reviewer said “automates almost anything”, but I cannot agree with that, as the basics are lacking so heavily. Also, development is really slow. Problem issued above hasn’t been addressed in a year. 2/5 for good idea (and nice try).
