Used to work… not anymore
I pay for the service. All my automations broke. They haven’t worked for more than a year. Created new automations , they don’t work either. Product used to be great when it was free, it’s terrible now that I pay for it.

Do not waste your time, HARD TO CANCEL SERVICE!!!
I purchased the lifetime membership for the pro and they changed it recently. There is no way to get customer service for help with this. Unacceptable. Buyers beware
Randomly gets kicked off network . Always disconnects & now being told to pay for it monthly . What a joke
I installed the app and add 2 scripts... They didn't work, so I upgraded to the pro version... Still doesn't work...
Out of nowhere my credit card started getting charged five times more for a subscription than I had agreed. That would be nice and fine if the service was worth that. But it’s not. If you want to turn on a light, for example, when motion is detected it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes for the event to “fire.” And unlike other apps with service that is free, this one is definitely not for the faint at heart if you have to set up filtering criteria, such as time of day or other device status. Something like SmartThings from Samsung does that automatically for you and I don’t have to pay a subscription. I’ve tried to get assistance from the tech support for various issues over the past few years. but it seems as if this is a one-man operation. for a long time the average turnaround for me getting a response to why a particular service wasn’t operational inside the app and only the app would take about two or three weeks and would be met with some snarky reply that I should try contacting who runs that service. So much for being helpful. and in response to suddenly being charged a lot more for my subscription, which I was not notified of, I am still waiting on responses to various messages I’ve sent out over the past 8 to 10 weeks. no response. Nada. The long and short of it-it has potential, especially with the number of offerings of different services but lacks even the most basic of support and is not necessarily for the average user if they want to do something a little more than A to B equals C. I can do all sorts of programming myself to include websites and payment integration systems, yet just trying to set up a simple filter with an offset in this thing has defeated me. and I can get more from other providers for absolutely no cost and can configure them in a matter of a minute. it’s a no-brainer why I’m gone.
The apps are now connected. Before, they were separate and I could activate two rings and two different sprinklers. Most of the apps do not work.
Stopped working for weeks

I’ve not only been overcharged for services by this company but even after the subscription was terminated over a year ago, I see that my bank has declined an attempted withdraw from IFTTT again today. Quick to take money but slow to provide customer service.
