invygo - monthly car rental

Made a reservation, paid the amount and then was asked to add to the amount for a lesser car because the one I asked for wasn’t available. Afterwards couldn’t find my contract on the app. Very disorganized operations

Worst customer service experience ever, they don't even bother themselves to solve customer issues, they have no solutions for anything.

User friendly interface App,I recently had the pleasure of using Invygo car rental App, and I must say, it has completely revolutionized the way I approach car rentals.

I reserved a car for rent after confirmation from app and the supplier called me that car is ready in less than hour, he text me the car will not delivered today as he promised and he block my number , the app support don't answer chat, social and emails, now i don't have car and i dont refund my amount 2000 SAR in Riyadh.

Worst experience ever. No response no customer support nothing at all. I’ve made a reservation and made the payment and no response or confirmation just pending. A complaint waste of time and money.

I am an expat resident in KSA .. i rented a car through the application. They deducted the money from credit card.. after that I received a call from there agent (Budget) and the guy from Budget checked my ABSHER.. then he told me sorry, we won’t be able to deliver the car since you have multiple exit-reentry visa. So if this the rule, why it’s not mentioned clearly in the application.. now to get my money back i have to wait for 2 weeks !!

تطبيق اكثر من فاشل لايوجد تواصل ولادقة في المواعيد لاأنصح التعامل معاه تم حجز سيارة من عنده وتم تحويلي لجبر للسيارات الجبر يقلون ماعندنا شي ولي اسبوع ابي استلم السيارة حسبي الله عليهم
