I rented a car, after paying the amount they ended up sending me a different cheaper car Their customer service is so slow They don’t answer the phone The worst service.

The worst experience . They take funds from you and cancel booking at last minute and you to fight to take back your money .

First - I booked a car and paid for it only to find out a day after that My request was not approved due to the availability of the car — the app showed that the car is available yet the reason why it got canceled it’s the car is not available!!! You didn’t even offer me another car or called me to let me know if there is another car available you just canceled it ! Few days later I’ve booked a car and paid again - this time it was approved thanks god ! It was clearly mentioned it will be delivered between 1 pm to 3 pm today ! I had to follow up with your team twice to make sure the car will be delivered on time only to find out that a document of my sponsor is needed ! So if I didn’t follow up with your team I’ll never get to know that a document is missing and the car won’t reach to me !!! the car delivery was delayed a whole hour and i had to move from my location ! awful experience so far I paid to have the car by today med day And i didn’t receive it till now.! I’m being charged per day starting from today and I didn’t receive the car yet!! What is this ! I can’t accept this ! How you gonna be re-calculating this ? I have a lot of influencers who I’m gonna share my story with and I’ll make sure that you gonna get a downhill rating for this awful awful experience

Last week I booked one vehicle and they send a totally differently one and same happened today. Again they send the different vehicle. Even they are not available on call center today when their timings saying available on Saturday till 3pm.

After rent they charged me 100+ aed for gate tolls where I've never been. And transit through this gates was at time when I didn't use the car. Support insist that everything is correct. So they stole my money and I can't do anything now👍 The only thing I can do is never use this thievish service.

They are not customer service acually They just picking the phone without any idea of problem solving

Not eligible because the UAE driving license is less than 6 months, that is ridiculous and absurd, anyone who has license since day one went through proper training and RTA exams. That policy must be revoked as it does not make any sense.

Invygo charged 10,000 dhs to my credit card without authorization. When I tried to delete my account, Invygo does not allow it because they want to keep charging your credit card for two months. And they continued to put unauthorized charges against my card until i blocked them. My experience with invygo’s customer service was frustrating and quite negative. I would never use this service ever again and strongly recommend against them.

The worst application ever , they shows everything is simple but meanwhile they put hidden charges, they charge 20% more for each traffic fine for themselves also for salik the charge more than who it actually coast
