Unable to login for more than a week Uninstalled app and reinstalled many times, logged in with phone number and email however nothing is working remains on login page, bad experience

I will never recommend this to anyone, its the worst experience for car rental in comparison with other .. Because when my trip was going to end 21:24 , i start the ending of trip at 21:20 , the app it keep asking to agree on this and on that and take pictures … at the moment i was going to submit it renewed automatically and the car was closed and the key inside , i called cm care , it wasn’t helpful i send email they refend 46aed as credit in the application not even to my account after they take total 115Aed for renewal and parking , The issue that when the trip start the day before the process of taking pictures and agreeing on t&c was counting from my time.. it’s meant that the car still not opened and pictures not taken and the times run . Why u don’t take the extra petrol in concern? I take it 30% and bring it 45% !! And on what basis you activate auto payment and i select apple pay ??

Guys there is hiddenn charges. On every single rental they will charge you like 100 of fuel so the car which meant to be 94 aed per day they charged me 224 aed per day so please be carefull everyone

I ask for help regarding booking monthly and they say that the application is under service and provide no help or assistance in booking monthly. Amongst other things they are ridiculously unhelpful.

Car is not clean neither from inside nor from outside and customer support team are not helpful and sometimes they answer and put you directly on hold them hang up the call, this happened 3 times

Booked a car end of October for 4 days .. paid of course and paid some more after returning it, but since Dec they are attempting to charge me an extra 21 AED ?! no clue why and no permission required ! Careful

The worst customer support ever! First of all, it’s nearly impossible to reach the company by the call. And even though if you managed to reach them out through the phone call, it has to be done only from the registered mobile number! However, even if you call them from the registered number, and you get lucky to have your call answered, they will still request you to send an email with any inquiry!!! And then, it will take ages to get a response. Worst support ever

It gets stuck at OTP/Email Login.

Its almost impossible to register a profile , taking photos of identity documents never worked
