L’app non funziona spesso correttamente
Italo in viaggio non funziona
Italo in viaggio ormai non funziona da tempo.. almeno 3 mesi. Ogni volta che controllo inserendo o il numero treno o la stazione di partenza e arrivo, il treno cercato non viene MAI trovata. Provato su tratte differenti (Roma-Bari, Milano-roma,…)
Chiarezza e trasparenza
Prenotare risulta facile e veloce. Tutto molto chiaro e semplice da gestire.
Un esperienza ricca di sapore
E si coi vantaggi dell ambiente Prima ho potuto gustare ottimi snack dolcie e salati ed assaporare squisite bevende tutte servite con raffinatezza ed eleganza: ebbenesì un viaggio con Italo è un esperienza unica anche per la cura dei dettagli. Ritorneró

Da mesi il login non funziona. Errore 1000!!!! Cosa aspettate a risolvere?????? Incompetenti …
Buona esperienza
Complessivamente l’applicazione offre una buona esperienza, abbastanza intuitiva e facile da usare. C’è sempre qualche bug però e l’ultimo è davvero fastidioso per me: quando compro biglietti andata e ritorno nello stesso acquisto poi l’app non mi fa cambiare posto sul treno di ritorno perché lo fa solo con quelli dell’andata, nonostante il treno io l’abbia già preso. È proprio senza senso Risolvete?
Può migliorare
Non mi fa entrare nella mio account italo sebbene abbia inserito password ed e-mail correttamente. Inoltre alcune funzioni dall'app (come l'opzione ti rimborso) non sono erogabili
Da quattro mesi a dietro funziona malissimo
Vedete cosa non funziona perché dal mese di agosto ad oggi funziona malissimo , i prezzi sono come un terno al lotto, inoltre si blocca di continuo .
