Italo: Italian Highspeed Train

I cannot see previously purchased tickets bought through the app. I’m trying to buy a ticket now and 5 attempts later I’m still waiting for the processing to go through. I only hope I’m not charged for 5 tickets at some stage. Rather don’t have an app than give false hope than this one.

Even after I use the verification pin issued from my bank. However maybe my bank won’t process this site given some of the fraud related reports related with this app.

I booked with them for the first time today on their website and downloaded the app later. I was able to log into the app and see my reservation bar code, and make changes. Great app!

How can an app be this poorly designed in 2019? 1) Can’t add a ticket previously booked. 2) No "Home" section worthy of the name. Needs work!

non è possibile che ci sia da scaricare la nuova app così, spesso, gli aggiornamenti dovrebbero essere limitati MASSIMO UNA VOLTA ALL’ANNO

L’app non funziona spesso correttamente

Italo in viaggio ormai non funziona da tempo.. almeno 3 mesi. Ogni volta che controllo inserendo o il numero treno o la stazione di partenza e arrivo, il treno cercato non viene MAI trovata. Provato su tratte differenti (Roma-Bari, Milano-roma,…)

Prenotare risulta facile e veloce. Tutto molto chiaro e semplice da gestire.

E si coi vantaggi dell ambiente Prima ho potuto gustare ottimi snack dolcie e salati ed assaporare squisite bevende tutte servite con raffinatezza ed eleganza: ebbenesì un viaggio con Italo è un esperienza unica anche per la cura dei dettagli. Ritorneró
