JSS Food Delivery

Anyone who lives here knows not to use JSS. (More expensive, slower delivery, old app) but I was excited about their grocery delivery, which their competitors don’t have, because it has some imported food I can’t get elsewhere. Sadly it’s just as bad. I got a tub of figs full of worms, some produce that looked like it had been left in the sun, bread so hard it was pretty much a crouton, and 4 week old eggs. It’s normal I guess for places to make mistakes, but the other issue with JSS is that customer service is so painful you rarely bother with the refund and.... just don’t be lazy, go outside to the market instead.

These guys are terrible. No live order tracking and limited courier pool, and ordering system does not get updated. Our latest order arrived cold

The range of restaurants is good. But the food is almost always cold by the time it reaches you. Clearly they don't have enough drivers. And the price is more expensive than any other service. Avoid.

User Experience: Easy Service: Fast Communication: Premium Choice of Restaurant: Very tailored for my healthy lifestyle. Only feedback, would prefer more options, such as Sushi or Burrito.

New version of app looks nicer but functionality is terrible. Old version much better. Location finder the worst.

在上海疫情之前用优惠券买了一瓶红酒，因为封控一直没有送。现在上海已经恢复了快递和外卖，联系客服，但是客服竟然直接取消了我的订单。优惠券也并没有退还。 然后另一个客服打电话给我，没有一点做错事情抱歉的意思，告诉我她打不了字只能打电话。 你们别做外卖行业了，就这种素质和能力去糊弄糊弄老外还行。在大陆这种半小时送餐快递两天到达的地方，就你们这种app干得下去我把手机吃了。

既然不能营业，就请关闭或添加说明。现在是2022年4月5日早上6:38分，几分钟前我刚购买了你们的配送卡，下单时发现预约配送无效、客服功能、营业执照信息缺失。请退款，谢谢。

因为JSS有很多vegan选项专门下的，可就在今天，买了四盒酸奶，1盒过期，2盒近期（打开尝了下已经变质了）幸好没吃。 给客服打电话，想告诉他们卖过期食品可不行，客服态度还好马上说给我寄新的来，但需要让我把旧的还给他们，内部再验证下，我说OK。 20分钟后，客服又来一通电话，理直气壮告诉我，他们查了那批货没过期。此刻我有点生气，我瞅着过期的酸奶，明明过期了啊，怎么客服还能这样狡辩。来这么理直气壮质疑客人，出了问题第一时间不找自己的，先去质问客人？ 这次体验一下子拉低了之前对JSS的好感，这能说明JSS内部流程的混乱和不规范： 1、过期食品从JSS发出，说明产品管理，产品出库质检流程缺失； 2、这一点对于食物所蕴含的潜在风险太高了，如果是吃不出变味的过期食品？如果是有霉菌的过期食品？这个责任谁来担？ 3、客服人员完全没有经过专业培训，客服是质检客人的还是服务客人解决问题的？不知道… 发在这里希望能够使JSS管理人员看到并重视！ 我的过期酸奶已经拍了照片发在了平台评价里，你们客服若不信自己来取回验证一下吧。
