They are a bunch of wankers
Horrible service
Don't even bother.
Consistently do not work with restaurants to update menus and use 3rd parties for delivery.
Mostly good
JSS is good relative to most food apps in Shanghai. The service is faster and you get the food hot. However, please stop using push notifications to spam whatever deal or promotion you have. I want to get push notifications from your app when my food is out for delivery. I don’t want to get push notifications that you have lemon and onions on discount at 10am on a random Wednesday. It’s incredibly rude to your customers. Just because I have notifications enabled for JSS so I can get updates on my order doesn’t mean I want my push notifications to be used for advertising.
