Just 6 Weeks

Redan betalat för ett år men av någon anledning så har "Premium"-funktionerna stängts av.

Already paid for this app 8 years ago. Why do i Need a subscription now?!

Suggestion (June 2021): make a view for seeing a diagram development of all exercises in one single view Feedback: Works great! Also they have done updates so the increase isn't unrealistic during the last week's anymore just to reach the 100 target. Instead you can just restart with a new max test in the end and get a new plan. Good job!

Appen funkar väl okej men skaffa inte en ny telefon för då försvinner all gammal data

The app itself is ok. However, it’s too optimistic. You will most probably be stuck at the same training days for several times. The app should adapt the program and not just repeat “week 1, day 2”. You don’t even know how many days you actually exercised.
