JustPark Parking

I booked a spot close to my home for two weeks. I checked the reviews for the website before booking thinking they were valid but clearly they weren’t. I contacted the owner of the spot and they claim it doesn’t even exist. So now I am unable to get a full refund due to it being less then 24 hour notice of reservation. But I booked the reservation for immediate access so that doesn’t make any sense. Now I am unlikely to receive a refund and they have some persons parking spot on their website that isn’t even legitimate. Very frustrating. And it’s not cheap! DONT USE THIS APP

Tried to use this app to pay for parking at a Hiking trailhead in Snowdonia, Wales. The only option for parking is to pay using this app. Downloaded app and filled out every possible field, only to find it wouldn’t accept any of our Visa cards. Got the same error for each card saying that we had entered incorrect or incomplete details. If the app is not equipped to handle international credit cards, then it should clearly state that rather than let users move through the process only to be frustrated by the same error over and over.

Someone using the app gave the impression they owned the spot they’re renting out. They did not. My car got towed and I now have to deal with charges from the city as well. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to deal with this. Please don’t use. The app doesn’t do enough to protect consumers from scammers

Useless. Took us 15 minutes to pay. Would not use again

Just Park actively support the owner cancelling your parking for major events shortly before it’s due then re advertising the parking spot at considerable more. Avoid.

Organised well in advance a parking space for central London, turned up and found all the spaces were occupied, the best alternative they offered was 1.5 miles away which meant a very long walk to where I needed to get to - I had no choice to take this offer. The replacement parking was an abandoned patch of land with cars that had been broken into. To add insult to this their clueless offshore ‘helpline’ still charged me, they said they would send a voucher for the trouble which never arrived. Do not rely on this company

Found the app unusable. It completely locks up when I try to input my payment details. In the end I just had to go park somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

I booked a parking spot at a carpark. But was handed a PCN anyway. The providers claimed they use a different system. This was eventually resolved but I’m now weary of using this

Was travelling out of the country and other parking companies were asking the amount between 10 times to at least 20 times more that I’ve paid on just park. I saved over £100s for the week I booked for parking at the airport. Plus the parking I choose was gated. So many preferences to choose from. I initially gave up and when I found JustPark I realised I registered already near 10 years ago - but had changed phones. I nearly forgot I needed parking while travelling. It was and is very easy. The parking owners have an easy to use platform to communicate and message and meet kind people when they always check on your car and they keep you updated. This is the best invented app for parking or any other parking.

Well I booked a space for the 20th June for a concert now I just looked today it’s been cancelled by the owner which is fine…….IF JUST PARK NOTIFIED ME!!!!! Which they didn’t now I’m struggling to find some where just a close and the booking looked like it was cancelled in may well done 👍 NOT!!!! at least have the decency to let your customers know!!! I’m now looking for a new app for parking spaces
