Railcard

Having a railcard is a great asset. So easy when you have the app on your phone. Reasonably priced, especially the “two together” card, since my husband and I will always be travelling by train together on our trip. Fantastic customer service by phone or email if you run into difficulty with purchase or with anything else.

The whole process is complicated and not intuitive. The instructions are not clear and it took me 30 mins of trial and error as I could not understand what I was being asked to do. First finding the card number- it was not in the instructions second where to put the code In this day and age there is no need for poor information

Had previous Railcard (paper version) and was able to renew online Railcard- Two Together. Was pleased historical data had been loaded, including email and pictures for the mobile app. Great feature to allow railcard on second phone. Great saving on ticket price. We worth it if using more than one train.

This was complex for the following reasons 1 As Canadian tourist I do not have an UK address which means I can’t place a postcode that work on your system it will not except it. Please change the logic using the manual input for address except foreign postal codes. 2 For iPhones you should be able to place the railcard in your Apple wallet just like your boarding passes can.

Great app and easy to set up. Just very strange it wouldn’t come with the ability to store your membership card in Apple Wallet.

It’s a little archaic to see a “membership card” app without support for Apple’s Wallet these days. This is the only card that I now use that needs its own separate app which is a little annoying. It would be significantly easier if it was supported in the iOS ecosystem better.
