Veer annoying app with a poor customer service, I’ve been unable to withdraw my money for the past 2 months

People should be aware of this fraudulent application, For the past two weeks I cannot withdrawn my hard-earned money on this app, their support keeps saying they are working on it. Why can't I withdraw my money? I have right to withdraw my money at any time. @klasha release my money

I signed up on this app 3 weeks ago as a Nigerian based in London. I was looking for a digital bank to hold Naira in for various uses, so I created an account with Klasha, I funded my account with about N15,000 and when I tried to withdraw my money, they kept saying “undergoing maintenance”. I thought it was a routine maintenance but guess what? It’s been 3 weeks and I have been unable to withdraw my funds. I have sent numerous emails and it’s the same copy and paste reply saying their team is working on it! How pathetic for a “fintech company” There are THOUSANDS of people going through the same thing, I checked twitter and Facebook and saw thousands of people who have not been able to withdraw their money. This is terrible! To me the N15,000 as a Nigerian living in London isn’t life threatening but i feel so bad for the thousands of Nigerians living in Nigeria who are unable to withdraw their money, this is why I’m writing this review! So, this review is to warn everyone, do not use this app. Do not deposit money into it, you will not be able to withdraw it. Just go to twitter and search “klasha app”, you will see thousands of proper begging for their money back. This is terrible! An fraudulent app like this cannot exist in the UK but because it’s Nigeria, they know they can get away with holding thousands of people’s funds without any repercussions. It’s been 3 weeks now and I am unable to withdraw, I have given up. Stay away from this app by all means!

I was so excited because finally a bank app giving you cashback to pay bills but then reality soon hit the increased transfer cost is why. I feel they should let users know not just change price . I invited people but they transferred the funds out so good app but hate controlling bankers

A very user-friendly app. Easy to use the USD virtual card and pay on the likes of Spotify, Amazon and Aliexpress websites using it. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to pay their utility bills or send money cross-border across Africa!

Used the app to shop online in dollars.. super simple and great exchange rates

The app is very buggy. Nice vision with the app, but very poor implementation. Here are some of the notable and unbearable issues. - The app constantly frequently logs you out and you have to do the whole sign in with email and password and OTP. - the dollar card feature doesn’t work anymore. - withdrawal is limited to twice per 24 hours/day. And it must be to an account in your name. - they’re frequently having service downtime, a period which you can not withdraw or make payments.

This app is getting useless After purchasing the card the app will start getting useless for a year, then after a year with card expiration the app will start functioning again for cards purchasing. when the get numbers purchasing cards the app will not work again properly. What a business idea
