This is so frustrating. So many people have complained about this. You cannot delete empty Kohl’s gift cards from your wallet. The instructions say to push on the information button and get the card to flip over and then you push on the trashcan. No trashcan ever appears. Only an arrow which flips the card back to the front. This is extremely annoying and has been reported many times. It is hard to keep track of your gift cards. The app only holds four or five gift cards at a time.

I absolutely love Kohls. Always have. So efficient for the modern family and becoming a card member and having access daily to the app has made managing all the necessities for my family of seven that much easier. I don’t know what I would do, when it’s back to school season or we’ve got three birthdays in one month or Christmas season without Kohl’s and the Kohl’s app. Literally a life saver for this Mom of 5. By far our go to store!

Todays app update (8/15/24) still did not fix the email sign in issue. What’s going on?? Losing another rating star. So the app is still requiring a manual entry of email to sign into the app. Why give the option to sign in when the only available option is to type in your email as if needing to create a new account? This wasn’t an issue before all the recent updates. Kohls app developers please fix this! You lost another rating star until it works like it used to. ** Update ** love that you changed the app logo to the burgundy color! My only issue is with the recent app updates it no longer remembers my email at login so I have to type it in. Hope that gets fixed soon! It seems the icon colors have changed to burgundy within the app so can you also change the app icon to that color to match instead of the vomit green? Love the app!

There needs to be a way to save your favorite things on the app

This app used to work fine, but for months now it has been completely useless. No matter what I click on, it says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I tried deleting the app entirely and re-installing, and it's still the same.

For months and months now this app crashes on me all the time. It’s so annoying

I can only add stuff to my cart and then save it later. What kind of retail store doesn’t have a Wishlist or Favorites?!
