LaLaMove is horrible. Drivers continuously cancel after accepting the job. I had 5 driver cancel after accepting, and there’s nothing you can do about it. After having 4 drivers cancel on me, there’s no option to have my money returned to me… No service, and they take your money. Stay away.
Service is getting worse. It may look cheaper but hard to find driver and it solicits to add priority fee so it turns out more expensive than others

Fast delivery and very good attitude
Booked a 500kg truck, driver arrived in small can and refused pickup because he claimed couldn’t fit. Then a new driver came, he only has park and go to the destination. Doesn’t need to help. This is fine. At arrival destination he then asked for 200nt more because I should have selected “professional mover”. He refused to let me take things from his car. We took a photo and it shows the car wasn’t even half full. Lala move then phoned and said the driver was incorrect and needed to educate them better, customer hadn’t done anything wrong. This was an infuriating experience and the driver and essentially taken my things hostage while we waited for Lala move to deal with this. Used the service a few times but this was a huge turn off and put everyone in a stressful state of mind.
You need to keep on notification for deliveries , but then I’m you can’t turn off - in app - their advertising and promo notifications
The app is fine. However, we booked a driver for 3.30pm. He rings me at 3.13pm saying he will be late. Then says 4pm, maybe 4.15pm. I asked him if he was sure, then he said, 4.30pm. I said ok. At 3.45pm, I get a call from Lala move customer service saying that the driver cancelled citing ‘lack of packing materials’ for the item they want to move. Granted, they rebooked a new driver but this is not good enough.
