Non reliable
I booked the flight lastminute from them only to get my booking cancelled at the lastminute. I was on my way to the airport when their support called me to say they are confirming my booking in 5 mins but when I reached the airport they cancelled my booking and let me without a flight at the airport. Had to waste unnecessary money on cab to and from the airport and wasted a day of my time as I had to book another flight. Don’t rely on their name lastminute
Bought a holiday and now cancelled
Yes true we bought a holiday on Wednesday and by Thursday morning last minute cancelled it - not happy as now desperately trying to find an alternative and YES the prices have all gone up!!

No customer services. Do not use this app
Bonkers App
Unbelievably frustrating app. Gives you the option of choosing a departure airport, dates to travel etc, shows you potential destinations and then when you click on each destination tells you that there aren’t any actual options to choose after all. The point of that? Beats me I’m sure. Why give options that don’t exist? Off to another app to find my holiday….
Con artists. Book direct with airlines. Zero stars.
Highly recommend going direct with flights and hotels to avoid these crooks. If you’re unlucky like us and another family on the same flight, you’ll arrive at check in to find out that they cancelled your (checked in) seats to sell to others at a higher price, without and warning, explanation or offer of compensation. You are not able to get hold of anyone until 9am, so you’re on your own if anything goes wrong with early departures. Dishonest and irresponsible. You have been warned.

This company does everything to a Tee they are always helpful and makes it so easy when asking questions about the holiday it’s all good for me. Very good very nice.

Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Support
I’ve had a really stressful experience trying to change my trip from Spain to Greece due to a visa issue. Despite accepting a new flight quote and providing confirmation from the hotel that I’d receive a refund, nothing has been updated, and my booking still shows Spain. The customer service has been cold, rude, and completely unhelpful, especially agent Ernisa. This has caused so much anxiety, and I regret using this company. I would not recommend them at all.
