На письма не отвечают вообще. В личном кабинете для ускорения процесса отправляют решать вопрос возврата средств напрямую с авиакомпанией. Притом, не в ту, которую нужно: билеты продавала Air Canada, а решать вопрос отправляют в SWISS. Air Canada в свою очередь умывает руки и отправляет решать вопрос обратно в агентство lastminute.com.

So simple operation like my currency selection can't be done

The price shown on website is 90 euros and then they ask you to go to app for 15% off, When you download the app they fool you by showing same price for 104 euros. Cheaters. Don’t waste your data and time on these fraudsters.

I booked the flight lastminute from them only to get my booking cancelled at the lastminute. I was on my way to the airport when their support called me to say they are confirming my booking in 5 mins but when I reached the airport they cancelled my booking and let me without a flight at the airport. Had to waste unnecessary money on cab to and from the airport and wasted a day of my time as I had to book another flight. Don’t rely on their name lastminute

Bad customer services, stressful

I’ve never used last minute.com before but I will use them again. To be able to get in touch with someone and have the customer care deal with any issue is exactly what I need when booking a holiday. Well done and thank you for the help and support
