Lazada has always been my preferred online shopping app in the Philippines.

Hi my fellow shoppers and bargain hunters. Lazada is a great app to hunt for bargains and enjoy your personal shopping experience. There are games you can play on it to earn extra coins that serve as discounts for what you purchase. I’ve found the support staff to be super friendly, helpful and understanding for newbie shoppers and for when some orders have gone wrong. Buyers beware though, like most larger selling platforms, some sellers are deceptive, lie and send different items than what they advertise. It doesn’t happen often, just occasionally. For the most part, the sellers are honest and trustworthy. I enjoy the app and have found some great bargains. Thank you.

You broke my trust by giving me 2 damage orders in one delivery! Just too bad cause I wanted to shop more appliances anything for my parents but after what I’ve experienced from you, I’ve learned my lessons. The second worst thing I’ve experienced from you was the customer service is unbelievably poor! When I tried to reach out to the sellers about my orders that arrived damage, they were just ignoring me even if they appeared online and I am talking about the seller of Astron and La Germania shop! Just strange to me coz when I ordered tv, I ticked this electronic protection and I received my order in good and working condition but this time, I didn’t get electronic protection for my rice cooker from Astron and La Germanina, then gave me damage items! How ridiculous is that?! Seller explained that it’s the courier’s problem for mishandling the package when the truth is there were never any problem with the boxes. In short Lazada intentionally sent me damage items! Or the sellers of the stores! And don’t give my parents a return/refund option coz they’re old people who live far from the dropped off place and going out in the extreme hot weather without their own transport is a hell for them! And for sure I am not the only one who have received damage orders so why not work with these complaints by improving your packaging by packing the orders well like putting styrofoam around the item like rice cooker before placing it inside the box! Hope my experience will serve as a lesson to people who shop online specially Lazada! VALUE YOUR MONEY! THE MONEY YOU WORK SO HARD TO EARN! Shop and buy in the Shopping centre near you if possible even if it costs you so much time effort and money for the transport than buy online then regret it in the end!

Vender selling item not available what a wasted of resource

I gave money to my nephew in the Philippines to order two foam for a double deck and 1 Queen bed foam. To me it looked beautiful like a foam or mattress however when it arrived just today it’s so frustrating that the two (2) what we called foam was too small and seemed like a baby cot/bassinet lining. And the Queen foam they called seemed like a double bed size. More frustrating was the first order was not delivered (shown on receipt) because they wrote the recipient is not reachable. Did you people knock the door? So order again. No good at all. I am not happy who sponsored these you call it “foam” Deception is the word to describe here. I am upset and good luck to your deception. Ayusin nyo business nyo. Check your pictures. Sayang pera ko and never again Lazada.

When searching for items in redmart previous purchase list. I cannot search for two items in a row. I need to exit and re-enter every time I want to search for another item.

I can’t log in with Facebook, as every time I try to connect, it jumps to Facebook and nothing pop-up to be connected
