No e-receipt/bill/invoice of payment is provided by Lazada in email or in app. I tried to connect with Lazada for the same but couldn’t find this option. I need to talk to seller to get receipt which is extra hassle. Platform/Lazada should make sure I get e-receipt of each order and I should be able to download the receipt anytime from app, so that I can claim warranty easily when needed. Also, one can’t send PII (e.g. email id) in chat which makes it even harder for buyer to give email id to seller so that seller can send the receipt to buyer.

Please improve delivery time it’s very slow

Why its not providing international shipping

90% of my order was not delivered and I have been chasing the customer agents to help with refunds. No one understands the query nor provides proper support. Extremely harrowing experience with Redmart. Do not recommend the app nor their service

Lazada should have a longer wish list. Once cannot add more than 100 products in the wish list. It should be increased to a 1000 to 2000 products. Secondly, shipping to countries like India will be appreciated.

Except for one product i.e a sequinned fabric rest products are good and work their price. This fabric I ordered 7 meters but received only 4 meters. I was changed for 7 mts . The seller didn’t respond to my complaint. I’ll definitely avoid buying from that seller and that product.

I find Lazada app very user friendly. Very easy to find the item I want. Also prices are very competitive. Delivery is prompt and well informed. Only if goods coming from China it takes time.
