The app itself is ok. But I ordered few things and always some issues. Delivery courier says its invalid address even when sending google maps link. Don’t get it. They should go for better shipping - I’ll take another shopping app now

Unfortunately i receive packages with missing items without any refund as Inam asked to proove that Ibdid not receive it, rather thand the seller to provide prooce he sendnit with the package. As this experience is reccuring, with inaccrptable customer support , only one star!

Be careful! Lazada support many scammers who selling stuff, but never sending out! As well they can’t even deliver on the given dates at all and even sending stuff back before the delivery date! They always telling the lie,, that they value the customers time, but they clearly don’t and wasting weeks on re-orders because of their fake offers and incompetent delivery guys… The customer service is awful and couldn’t care less! There are many better platforms out there!

Meine Kreditkarteninformationen, Email, Telefonnummer und Adresse wurden geleaked! Ich hab eine Kreditkarte benutzt, welche ich nur für Lazada benutze und dann wurde Tage später Geld irgendwo in den USA Geld von dieser Kreditkarte abgebucht. Stunden später kriege ich eine Nachricht bei Whatsapp mit Indonesischer Nummer, welche offensichtlich betrügerische Absichten hatte. Seid extrem vorsichtig! Übrigens, den Artikel, welchen ich bei Lazada bestellt habe, ist nie angekommen. Wurde Minuten nach der Bestellung als “Versand” markiert, aber ist nie angekommen.
