Subscription issues
Love this app! But I am unable to upgrade to use the avatar ai feature. I don’t understand why because when I tap on the subscription button to pay for it, nothing changes…

Payment take despite cancellation
I had downloaded this app on December 4, 2022 in order to explore the avatar feature and was offered a trail period, after which a payment of $30 for the annual subscription would be applicable. However, upon my discovery that the avatar option was a paid feature I decided to delete the app and cancel the trial. To my surprise, my card was still charged the full amount for the subscription despite the same day cancellation and deletion. Accordingly, I would appreciate if a refund could be facilitated as this was a very appalling experience.

Ain’t paying Period
Great photo editor but I ain’t paying to get my pics edit you guys have false advertisement make it seems like the app is all free
Been paying for this app but can’t use it
The app all of a sudden doesn’t allow me to access my iPhotos even though I have given access through my settings. Been paying for several months but haven’t been able to use it.
Crashing ALL THE TIME
Use to love this app but now it crashes with almost every other photo that I try to edit. I have to close the app and open the app again and even then it will still crash. It use to be good
