Useless App
Dear Lensa AI Support, I am writing to formally dispute the charge of P1,550.00 made to my account on September 4, 2024. I installed the Lensa AI app on that same day under the impression that there would be a free trial period as clearly stated in your app’s promotional material. However, my account was immediately charged for P1,550.00, despite not being able to use the app. Upon realizing this, I promptly canceled the subscription on September 4, 2024, and I am requesting an immediate refund of the full amount charged. I find this situation highly concerning, as I was not given the opportunity to try the service before being charged, which contradicts the claim of a free trial. Please process the refund at your earliest convenience. I believe this charge was made in error and I trust that you will address this issue promptly.
