How can it be possible that i have paid for this app and now i don't have any of paid futures and also the app is not working. Hey guys are you checking updates before you do them?? I have paid 19,99 USD and i dont have any of the new futures how is this possible?

The app all of a sudden doesn’t allow me to access my iPhotos even though I have given access through my settings. Been paying for several months but haven’t been able to use it.
Use to love this app but now it crashes with almost every other photo that I try to edit. I have to close the app and open the app again and even then it will still crash. It use to be good
This app always has some issues going on it’s frustrating. It kicks me out everytime I go to edit. Plus I pay for extra subscription so why is it so bad?!!!
The app was much better before a lot of the updates. I like it to edit photos of course but I noted that as of lately they are limiting my usage when I pay for “unlimited usage”. I think I’ll be looking for a new app soon with truly unlimited access.
I was so bummed. I use their fun AI thing that makes you look like different people from different times and such and I looked like I was 10 to 20 years older in the AI generated images that were taken from my photos and I didn’t really even look like myself. What a disappointment!

Yes I have reached out, yes I have followed all the tech support processes, yes I have all the emails btw me and your company. It’s been “being looked into” and “escalated” since November 2024. The emails telling me everything was resolved all the bugs were fixed and to just open the app and use it, is so frustrating. Every 2 weeks I get the same it’s allll fixed only for it to still not be fixed. I feel like I have a subscription to GASLIGHTING LENSA ACCT EMAILS
I deleted the app after 2 hours.
