Lenskart: Eyewear

The customer care service at lenskart is pathetic. I have sent them email along with all the information they require but they won’t respond to it. They won’t care for you after you have paid the money!!

Gave me a faulty glasses and when I .. asked by to give me proper ones they said they didn’t know have one and I had to take under value and they didn’t even gave me the difference… I lost 500Rs … there lence is so cheep I got Armani Marco-polo Ray-ban and if you blow Cristal shows up these guys are fake glasses are cheep too … imagine how can you get great glasses so cheep’ go to Lens and frames or City Optics…. The range the have and glasses…. Lenskart … is a scam

Lenskart store is good and well but vizag mvp double road Lenskart staff is tooo worst service they even we call they will cut the call and we vist the store even they didn’t listen our words too worst

Worst service by Lenskart, this is my recent experience and they are providing local lenses, with wrong power, and they r not expert, they even don’t know what is lens

Since 1 -2month i am try to select 1 frame that is out of stock so i am looking similar 8 frame all frame is out of stock,lenkart spend money for only show off and hire sales executive only for force sale i think root level lenskart not provide good service, real feedback

Don’t return your glasses before getting another, Lenskart receive your glasses and say back to you they receive empty also after you provide otp to wishmaster

Delay in product

My daughter visited a lenskart store from where she bought her spec . She had an emergency situation - the frame of her only spec got broken and she can’t even walk without the spec . She requested repeatedly for help : to fix the broken frame or replace with a new one ( on payment ) But the staff there refuse to help saying it will take at least 3 days . How heartless !! Now my daughter is in trouble as she has important assignments tomorrow and she can’t see beyond 2 feet properly . I am a gold member and really feel ashamed to be associated with you !

Very Good and fast service. Eye check up facility is also excellent.

Worst delivery service i have max membership of Lenskart which was deliver sunglasses within two days and i have booked two pair of sunglasses approx ₹10000 in store and i received the both glasses after one week worst service don’t buy with Lenskart go your best by optical store for better experience
