I purchased 15k worth shades and glasses. Before buying they said the machine is not working but When I did buy they cleaned my old glasses properly. It has been 1month, today when I went to visit the store and decided not to buy but just clean my glasses, the machine is not working. It’s always the case if I’m asking to repair or clean the glasses. Also, no new frames are available. The worst experience.Decided not to buy anything from here.

No service for repairs . Always ask for purchasing a new frame

Difficult to connect to a central customer care executive

App does not facilitate easy way to contact customer support and has a stupid bot that asks same questions instead of routing to a live agent

I have a Gold membership and trying to upgrade to Gold Max but Lenskart is not allowing me to do so.. Customer care is asking to buy new mobile number to add Gold Max membership. What kind of service is this from such a big brand to paid members??
