First I’ll start with the good part which is how easy it is to contact customer support and how helpful it is but regarding the app it’s bad I mean really it changes your location then the delivery guys drops it off in any pharmacy he wants and the app does whatever it wants I selected the fast delivery option and when I placed my order it removed it like why.

I buy vitamins and They gave me voucher, and when i go thier store (al rigga life particularly) they didnt entertain me and help me choose which one is applicable only for vouchers and i was like going back to thier rack and choose products, choose again and again, which they didnt tell me what exactly product is for the voucher. To make my story short i didnt enjoy my voucher which i believe i paid it and was included the product i bought from them, take note i go there 3times, just wasted my time🙁Bad experience so far with this branch👎👎👎, i am a regular costumer by the way but what they done to me is very disappointing☹️

Life pharmacy is used to be one of my favorite pharmacies , however now im so disappointed.

Life pharmacy online, I placed the first order without any discount as I was not eligible to any and there were min orders but in the second order there was the option 15% welcome on first order with no limit or min amount!! Why because you are sure I will not be able to use!! Please some respect

Recently I am always experiencing delayed delivery. The promised time is 1-2hours but it took more than that, and they expect us to be awake at wee hours of the night to wait for the delivery guy. The location/address is already mentioned in the App and still they expect you to send the location in whatsApp, if you didn’t reply for few minutes they will not proceed with delivery and will not proceed without even attempting to go to location. So what’s the point of adding a very clear address/ location in the App if you are not referring to it. Previous orders were the same, you paid extra for 30mins delivery and still delivery is delayed and promised to deliver the next day once the store opens. Store opens at 8am, it’s already been 11am and still did not proceed with delivery, unless you call them. I understand if it is ordinary items, but essential items such as medicine and milk must be prioritized. So finally after ordering at 10pm, delivery was received at 12noon the next day. So its not 1-2 hours but 12hours. 🤷‍♀️
