2 hours to deliver a medicine , extremely slow . Last time i order from this pharmacy

Dear e-life online. It is unfortunate that I have experienced some agitation in my last order. Although I was making the order from the app, the rep from what seems a central online unit did go out of his way and called me on my mobile to confirm my order and to clarify that either door to door or Al Barsha didn’t have the multi vitamin in one of the units. I did observe that he did reverse my confirmation details of my selected items that required me to double confirm the selected items of my order. The first delivery was accurate and in good time. Surprisingly the second delivery not only included the multi vitamin but was mostly a duplicate order of every item that included one wrong item. The wrong item was very similar and from the same company brand only the difference was that it was only CoQ10 antioxidant and not CoQ10 with Rosehip. After 20 minutes of managing the partial return order and the refund with the delivery driver and client care phone center I did manage most of my desired order with the exception of one item. What can be improved is to help to debug my app by linking it only to the second online unit, and to further confirm a product if it is too similar to another product from the same company where there isn’t a clear difference in the description field of the selected item on the app server. Very bad app. Not working at all. Waste of time

It’s very bad App and not working

First I’ll start with the good part which is how easy it is to contact customer support and how helpful it is but regarding the app it’s bad I mean really it changes your location then the delivery guys drops it off in any pharmacy he wants and the app does whatever it wants I selected the fast delivery option and when I placed my order it removed it like why.

I buy vitamins and They gave me voucher, and when i go thier store (al rigga life particularly) they didnt entertain me and help me choose which one is applicable only for vouchers and i was like going back to thier rack and choose products, choose again and again, which they didnt tell me what exactly product is for the voucher. To make my story short i didnt enjoy my voucher which i believe i paid it and was included the product i bought from them, take note i go there 3times, just wasted my time🙁Bad experience so far with this branch👎👎👎, i am a regular costumer by the way but what they done to me is very disappointing☹️
