First exercise App I’m excited to use !!!
I love how it is tailored to your personal needs it makes my health goal attainable even in my own eyes. I also love how motivational it is and after the workout you feel like you actually did it that you accomplished something even though it is light and lazy yoga.
Workouts
I figured after paying for it after the 28 days it would start a new exercise routine, nope, pay for the year and it’s just those 28 days and too simple of exercises

I was comfortable performing all but the push up with feet on chair.

My only comment at this point is that it needs to have a countdown so you know when to switch if you don’t happen to be looking at your phone at that point
Not worth it
I know I'll never get my money back. I contacted these people to find out how to get to more aggressive chair, yoga of course no answer whatsoever. There's like only six possible exercise routines. Are you kidding me 40 bucks a year now I have to resort for YouTube exercises and of course, no answer from these flyby nighters don't waste your money.
