it’s not true. they are lairs it’s a scam nothing is for free they ask high prices it’s crazy. I showed this to my trainer fysiotherapy they say it’s very bad to train like this way. it’s not recommended for every body. i’m not buying this, it’s a scam.

I get an overload of this app and “ it’s completely free” stop advertising or please or be honest and tell in the add that you have to pay for it. Shame on you.

In tegenstelling tot wat in de reclame wordt gesuggereerd, is de app helaas niet gratis! Na veel vragen beantwoord te hebben kan je het slechts 7 dagen gebruiken om vervolgens te moeten betalen. Jammer….
Can’t proceed to next day workout
I purchase a subscription and can’t even use it. It is stuck and won’t proceed to the next day. Emailed them 2days ago and have not heard anything. Can’t even ask for my money back. Thanks for the let down. I really liked the workouts
Stuck on day 3
Plus: Super easy to start & alternative routines are available if you look further into program. Negative: Unfortunately, I had a super packed & long day 3, therefore didn’t get to work out until after midnight, couple hours before my bedtime. Now I cannot get program to move forward & cannot find technical support on website. Can anyone help me?
