Not free and can’t get passed day 4 completely useless app and was starting to get the hang of it. You need to sort your app and advertising out
Not what I expected
I thought I’d signed up for 7 day free trial, but as usual I agreed to pay a subscription on a monthly basis, thinking if I didn’t like the exercises I would cancel the subscription before the 7 days were up. Money was taken from my account on the day I joined. Hey-ho I thought if I liked the exercises it was ok. I asked for a full body workout, I’m on day 6 and the only exercises I’ve done have been for arms and shoulders, the same ones repeated each day! I always understood that exercising each day should be for different parts of the body and not concentrated on one area day after day. However I do like the way they are presented and easy to follow. Needless to say I’ve cancelled my subscription and waved goodbye to £19.99!

Downloaded this app as the advert states it’s COMPLETELY free and ITS NOT as it asked for payment. All you get is a 7 day free trial as with other apps so no different at all. You should be reported to the ombudsman service for false advertising 😡in fact I think I will and also make a formal complaint to the app that is advertising your advert 😡

It s not free , they are hard to talk too .i requested a refund straight after as I was somehow brainwashed with limited offers ,they refused to give it.And the exersise has nothing to do with yoga..I even doubt it works.I lost interest after 4 days
