Very good

Over the years I have tried a few similar apps and programs to create vector images but always found the learning curve too time consuming to get good enough results. I was tempted to try Curve again because of the auto trace feature. It is very impressive and works very well and now I can easily make pretty accurate vector images from my illustrations. I have even started taking advantage of the excellent Leaning Centre to learn all the other features and I am getting the hang of it. Very pleased I gave this app another try.

Disappointed :(

I have been using this app for years and loved how powerful it is. However since the last few updates the app always crashes before I can open my work, meaning all my work is gone and I’m unable to draw. It’s sad because I really enjoyed using this app but will have to look elsewhere

What I love most about this app is how user-friendly it is. I downloaded it knowing nothing about vector art and it made it easy for me to learn. One of my best works was made on here :)

Good, could be better

There are some great aspects to this app, but there are some improvements that could be made, that I would expect out of the box. The gradient tool does not work correctly. Often a shape will switch to a solid color and forget its gradient. You can’t use gradients with a stroke. You also can’t add another stroke to a shape. The stroke brush is nice, but you can’t scale it which makes it limited and the UI for creating stroke brushes is confusing.

Good for social media posts

Good for social media/marketing tools, but not for logo designs which is what I wanted it for. Fiddly to get the hang of initially, think it should be cheaper to compete with other apps such as Canva

Great alternative to Creative Cloud

I used Adobe Creative Cloud at work but found it overly complicated and pricey. I discovered Linearity Curve far more intuitive and still with the functionality I wanted.

Great product from a great company.

Use it as my go to for design on the go as nothing else comes close. I can highly recommend for the hobbyists through to the professionals!

Very usable for an occasional user

Unlike other vector graphics packages out there, the people behind Linearity Curve have obviously put a lot of thought into the UX for both occasional as well power users. I am the former and find the interface clean, intuitive and not in the least scary, yet I am able to achieve everything I need.
