There is no humans to speak to. When using the customer chat function on the app it takes almost 2hrs for an agent to assist. The WhatsApp chat is even worse. No one assists at all.

Ever since new Liv X App downloaded unable to use account. Been more than a week still unresolved
I asked about the usage of my credit card and why it was like this and that, and he answered that it was my usage and I knew that for sure.🤦🏻♀️ I even asked nicely about the breakdown if I could. He said to check my statement. I told him he was rude he said; “ If you want me to provide you with the breakdown, please be verified, and I'll be more than glad to help” If in the first place, he told me ” Ms. Your account is not verified I can't have any access, if you may kindly verify it first. “ I've been working in customer service as well whether I have a bad day or not I need to be professional to provide good service to my clients. I asked because I don't know if I know I'll not be bothered to ask. And he sent me a message; “So, How can I assist you now?” Is he for real? He sounds so sarcastic.🤦🏻♀️
I faced too much problems when i get my credit card with them. I had to call for every step. From delivery to activation to update the credit limit. They forget to deliver. They have no assistance for activation process. They forgot to update the limit and i have to call them many times. I don't know when my issue will resolve. But i am sure they have fast response so maybe in 2 days. But this is not good
Useless these liv. Credit Card i never use in my life .
If we could home page customize It would be better. It should be more user friendly and simpler. In home page, There are many useless options that Apply for credit card, loans, liv lite, insurance, wealth (I am not saying bottom bar, I am saying about suggestions) If we could customize this or remove this it would be better. because those are already available in another sections too. And If you introduce Dark mode It is wonderful as well.

This app is frustrating. I understand it’s new, but the performance issues are beyond acceptable. Some sections, accounts, and features just don’t open at all, and navigating through it feels like a waste of time. The slow response from customer service only adds to the frustration. It’s exhausting to use an app that’s this unreliable. These issues need urgent attention if you want people to actually use this platform.
It’s very hard to navigate and the call center support is hard to reach.
credit card cancelled months ago, and its still not gone from the app and error renewal amount showing. debit card being charged 25 AED even after keeping 3000 AED minimum balance. there are many technical errors. and there is no direct branch to visit and speak directly. my case is still unsolved & i am getting new new complain numbers.
