very disappointed because all the data that I have from my previous Liv app was not available and I need to start over again to enter all the details for my bills and beneficiaries..not easy and very inconvenient =(
The app is now challenging to use post-update, with transactions often failing multiple times and experiencing delays.
For my side, it is very confusing the experience. Also, difficult to tranafer local money to much info asked
Worst communication ever
I did transfer through this app,just as i used to do with the old app. An amout of 100aed which was never received. I called customer service and was informed money will be reversed within 7days as the ither client might still be using the old app. I reached out again using the whatsapp chat and the staff said there’s nothing they can do. Afew days again i reach out and am informed thet transcation cant be recalled. So i just lost my money.hard earned 100aed.
I have downloaded a new app so I was sure the fund will reflect in new app as the account is still same , but my money disappeared. It shows 0 aed .
Yesterday my card was block because of a small transaction I made online. Since then, I was trying to get support from the (Whatsup chat pot but I receives this message: Dear Customer, our chat service is currently closed for Prayer & will resume by 2:00 PM. We will be closing the agent session now. Please type # to return to Main Menu.).. Imagine!! Their chat pot is “Praying all the time”. The Chatbod in the App is even worse..
Love the old app - not happy with the terms and conditions but have no other choice but to use this one. Wish I could go back!!
After migration i dont know whats happening Some time balance not showing, credit card not showing transactions not showing etc etc Atleast i need to go back to liv bank app otherwise i am closing this bank account and credit card i feel its not safe
