Live Transcribe

I have been looking for something to help with group conversations for a while… not to mention one on one and the occasional electronic transcript from the tv ( I am in NZ where not everything is captioned) and can’t believe the accuracy your app has… only just downloaded it so this is a very early report but can’t wait to try it in a group tomorrow! Am totally deaf but depend on lipreading.

Best invention . I have the Pro Transcribe and find it amazing while we are on holiday on Hop on Hop off buses commentary , or anywhere a tour operator is speaking . 5 hours is not enough per month while on holiday have had to buy more , but at home it’s about right .

Started this app today for a free trial period. So far it appears accurate. I used it with a small group of 2-3 people. It worked amazingly well and I will try it in different settings to determine if I will continue using it.

Can’t get app to open. Keeps giving error codes: “in-apppurchases not allowed.”

Signed up for annual plan in December 2024 and it is now saying out of time in same month… add more time as additional cost? This is crazy. Charged $84 and the month isn’t even up. Wants us to pay more? Don’t use this. Outrageous.

Very helpful tool

Made my Christmas. Could “hear” my family.

I am very deft and the blue setting works fine but the red setting is not sensitive enough and is hit a miss. This does not work for me.

My first two transcriptions worked fine. The third did not! I ended it the same way I had the other two, but when I went to view it, it said transcription was not available. I’ve talked with your customer service and they’re not able to help. This is too much money for it not to work. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund.
