Live Transcribe
Started this app today for a free trial period. So far it appears accurate. I used it with a small group of 2-3 people. It worked amazingly well and I will try it in different settings to determine if I will continue using it.

Love the concept
Can’t get app to open. Keeps giving error codes: “in-apppurchases not allowed.”
Scam
Signed up for annual plan in December 2024 and it is now saying out of time in same month… add more time as additional cost? This is crazy. Charged $84 and the month isn’t even up. Wants us to pay more? Don’t use this. Outrageous.

Made my Christmas. Could “hear” my family.
Sensitivity
I am very deft and the blue setting works fine but the red setting is not sensitive enough and is hit a miss. This does not work for me.
Transcriptions Not Available!
My first two transcriptions worked fine. The third did not! I ended it the same way I had the other two, but when I went to view it, it said transcription was not available. I’ve talked with your customer service and they’re not able to help. This is too much money for it not to work. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund.

Had no idea or was in said that you only get a few hours then you have to pay more ! Never subscribe again to this!
Easy to use
My husband is extremely hearing impaired. I know I could use the speech to text on my iPhone but this app allowed that process to be simplified. I use it every day.
